Puppies of that age shouldn't be away from their mother. They should still be getting at least some of their food by nursing. However, in this post you say there are extenuating circumstances....would you mind telling what those are?
Have the puppies and the mother seen a vet? If not, please do this.
Your vet will be able to advise you on food and care of these puppies.
But to reply to the questions as best I can.....forget the charts. Feed the puppies what they will eat. they won't over-eat and if they get rolly-polly that is fine at this age. There's no need to regulate it or measure it, just be certain that what you are giving them is good high quality wet food, not just something from the supermarket that wouldn't have good nutrition.
