Hey guys! I just got a message from my breeder asking if I can pick the dog up earlier than I had originally told him. His reasoning was that all his siblings would already be gone and he’d be alone and it could affect his behaviour. I’m not sure what to do since I’m in a really tight bind and have planned out to bring him home on the day I had told. Let me know if you think he would start having behavioural issues or if you think he would be okay. I would be picking him up exactly at 8 weeks old.

How much earlier are we talking? And how does the breeder raise the puppies? If the puppy is being raised in the home with lots of interaction and positive exposure to life with humans, the breeder's home shouldn't be any more detrimental to a puppy's development than yours would be. If this puppy is sitting in a kennel or pen alone much of the day and getting food and water thrown in and maybe a couple potty breaks, yeah, being isolated in that environment could lead to issues (though honestly that kind of setup is really not great for puppy development even when mom and siblings are present).
