I have a 15 week old female Aussiedoodle. She does great in her crate and in our sunroom on the floor. When she is out of the crate, she will randomly jump up on the couch (which we have covered with two shower curtains, a sheet and then a bunch of pillows on top to keep her off) and she will knock pillows off and pee on the couch and then get down. No rime or reason here. She will have just went out and peed in the backyard etc..

Any ideas how to stop this behavior? Thanks

I'd just remove all access to the sofa indefinitely.

Unless you've been thoroughly cleaning it with enzymatic cleaner, you might need to just get a different sofa before letting her have unsupervised free run of the house (which she shouldn't have until she's 100% reliably housetrained), as she'll be tempted to continue urinating there as long as she can detect any urine smell.

No access to the couch. Close the door.. make a fence.. whatever you need to do.

I think your dog is not really housebroken yet. Back up a bit. Crate.. outside.. inside.. back in crate.. outside etc. Rinse and repeat frequently and NO access to the couch. Ever.
