Louie (my 13 week old puppy) tends to play rough with Pocky (2 year old dog). He's almost her size now so it's going to be a problem when he gets bigger.

I've also noticed that Pocky has scars on her legs, back, and mainly her chest (which is where he bites her the most). How can I stop him from hurting her? She does get pretty annoyed with him, but of course, she refuses to bite him.

You have to protect the adult from the puppy. Puppies get a free ride until they are 10 mos in some cases. So, when the pup gets too rough, call him over or put on a leash, and make him sit for 30 seconds, then let him go. Repeat as needed and don't let them play unmonitored.... Puppies can be fairly heartless to adults until reprimanded...
