It seems a bit unlikely that this dog will ever breed.
It's also possible to sterilize a dog without euthanizing it... you know, spay and neuter. That is, if she's even capable of reproduction at all with duplicated reproductive systems.

I do agree that in some cases an animal with severe deformities is kept alive for the spectacle well past the point where it's humane, but as of right now there's no evidence this pup will even necessarily require amputations, let alone have untreatable pain and suffering due to her defect. Euthanizing an animal with good quality of life in the care of a family willing and able to provide for its special needs just to avoid the risk of her producing puppies is quite extreme.

Especially when we don't even know if this kind of conjoined twin deformity is genetically heritable in the first place.
