My 12 week old pomchi has been sick in the middle of the night on a few occasions now, she is fed 4 times a day. She seems absolutely fine in herself in the morning and hasn’t been sick again in the day time. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it might be or if there’s anything i can do to prevent it?

First thing to do would be to contact your vet, to make sure there isn't something going on. Assuming that she's been to the vet and been given a clean bill of health, I'd try giving her a bedtime snack (nothing big, just a few tiny biscuits or a bit of kibble) and see if it stops.
I went to the vet they think it’s a stomach bug this time. I realised earlier i think it may be the dog friendly peanut butter i put on her kong toys for her sometimes, going to cut that out and see what happens. I will also try a bed time snack, thanks
