I have a 5 month old puppy and two other dogs, 7 and 9 years old. My puppy has recently started standing over or sitting on top of my 7 year old dog. I know this could be dominance, but should I stop her from doing this? I want her to learning from these 2 older dogs not trying to be alpha.

It's not dominance or alpha, it's play. IN 5 more months, the other dogs will stop it, but right now, let it go, as long as there is no discord.
(It's just like a 5 yo child crawling all over his father....)
