Hello everyone,
Its me with another question. I gave my lonely aunt my other puppy and rescued a 5 1/2 week old chihuahua(so put away your torches & pitchforks, I also took him to the vet). My question is this, I have a chihuahua/boston tierrier mix 1 1/2 years old and when the new puppy plays with him they get along great with soft biting and walking, except there are times my bigger chi gets rougher by rolling on his back, side to side. It seems to make the puppy mad and he seems to snap, he growls and then bites my bigger chi from his leg or chest and bites down & twists his head side to side as if he were killing a rabbit, then my bigger dog rolls to the other side which pisses off the puppy and he growls and continues by crawling on him and biting more. After which I grab the puppy and set him aside and say no, my older dog doesnt do anything it doesnt seem to hurt him or bother him at all. Is that normal at this young age(I suppose)? Should I keep correcting him? Or should I just let my dog eventually correct him?
Thanks again to everyone for being so kind and helpful with all my questions.
