Puddles loves to swim in the pool. She has started to think that anything and everything to do with the pool belongs to her. We had some fun videotaping today but we are gonna work on breaking her desire to take over (can we say OCD). It was fun while it lasted..Beckon is my foster pup. He is lovin the pool now too!

OMG V!!! I was laughing so hard I was crying!!! Puddles was working so hard to get the floatie in just the right spot by the stairs. She turns her back for 1 second and Beacon hops on and takes off. The look on her face was priceless!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! I've never had a dog that actually enjoyed swimming. They like getting wet, but as soon as they can't reach the bottom they panic.

Oh my gosh that little Puddles is so determined. I love that. I can see where she would be great with SAR. She sure loves that water. Poor Beacon on the other hand seemed a bit like "oh crap! what did I get myself into?" LOL Puddles the water safety dog to the rescue.

Oh I just watched the second one... What a greedy little Terrier. She won't share either raft. lol

Kath.. The floaties you see are from last year.. Its the ones with the thick fabric overlay and they are the bomb..They last forever..Even with a Cairn trying to kill it.

Sugar....I am so glad Abby liked the vids..i figured it would crack her up! regular rafts dont have a chance in hell here..but these have made it through and entire summer being beat down by dogs.. We will see how long it will last into the summer now....

I might have to try some rafts like that so I can take Cherokee swimming with me in Vermont. For now, he has to stay home because he pops the rafts
