I am having problems downloading pictures again. I can't even go into my photobucket. Thought it was because of one computer but switched to another one and it still does not work. How does everyone get their pictures up?

Oh I have them on my computer but it somehow will not even copy and paste after I have made them small. Such as now, it doesn't even have a manage pictures or something like that.
