So, just a brief background of my situation;

I've been fostering an ex cruelty case dog from the RSPCA for the past year who was recently diagnosed with a malignant melanoma (cancerous tumor) she had the tumor cut out and i've now decided to adopt her and give her the nicest life that she could possibly have (and realise there's a possibility it could be cut short) I know the basics of dog care (have a feeding/exercising/training programme all set out for us) but the rest of it (vets/worming/defleaing/vaccinations/anything else) i'm a little lost about!

I've put a deposit down on a house with a garden so we have the perfect little place all set up for us and have cut my hours at work so she will only be left for 3 full days a week (rather than the 6 I work now, it's the best I can afford to do) We will be moving in 3 weeks, any hints and tips you have for me would be great :) Thanks!

Let me say thank you for keeping this dog! How old is she? If an adult, I would say to only vaccinate for rabies only. She's been through alot medically. I'd find a holistic vet and have them help you.

All I can really say is, you seem like you're going to be a great dog owner. You're already showing it by altering YOUR life for HER.
