Enzymatic cleaners are great when you only have to clean up messes on a rare occasion. However, if you're still potty training you will be going through a lot.
A cheap recipe that is a natural enzymatic cleaner is as follows:
Ingredients: Water, white vinegar, baking soda, peroxide, dish soap
First steam clean the potty areas again and get up as much pee as you can.
Next put down a mixture of 50/50 water and vinegar. You have to apply liberally because it needs to not only soak the carpet but the pad beneath the carpet. Work it into the carpet with some sort of scrubbing brush or a toothbrush. Let it sit for a couple hours, at least. Blot up the vinegar with a towel, or some paper towels.
Then pour baking soda over the area and let it sit 30 minutes. Mix up a half cup of peroxide with 1 tsp (teaspoon) of dish soap and slowly pour it over the area. (Mix as many of these as you need to cover your potty area)
Finally, after the baking soda is dry, vacuum it all up.
If the area is heavily soiled you may have to repeat the process.
Best of luck and as the others said don't let your dog have free reign of the house. Watch your dog at all times and if you can't watch her then stick her in a crate or playpen.
