Possibility of Disease/Rabies in 14 week old Puppy

I am a first owner dog owner. I got a pomeranian boy puppy at 12 weeks (2 weeks ago, he's 14 weeks now). He was very energetic from the start, ate well, and so on. However, these past 3-4 days especially when I took him for a shower 2 days ago and he didn't like the process and was barking and mad all day so I let him be and just did everything to make his day better/calm him down. Also, he stopped eating a bit, still drinks a ton of water, but his appetite isn't the same, he even sometimes seems scared of his food or plays with it. Yesterday night he was beside me playing on his own and randomly just jumped at me and bit my hand. I put him in his crate and let him be and took him out in 10 min for his bathroom and he started barking at me and so a bit later on when I was watching tv and when I played with him he would act in a way like he wanted to bite. I took him back to the crate but I'm worried if he could possibly have rabies? Or any disease. I know it's fatal for both humans and puppies. He has had 2 of his vaccines already. Though he has 2 of his vaccines, he came from Ukraine to North America so I'm unsure where he's been and so before I got him but I just wanna know if he could possibly just an accident or he could have rabies. This morning he was being playful, but just seems to take his toys and go in a corner and want to be on his own, or suddenly come on my lap and want to attack my hand in a way or just jump in the air like! Im not too sure.

I don't mean to be unkind, but this is very much a question for your vet.

Caring for your dog's health and well-being aren't always that easy. While our members may have good advice, it is just advice.
