Pomeranian 3 month puppy vomiting

My pomeranian started vomiting yesterday. Regular throw up with food in the middle ect. Well today she wasn’t eating; and started vomiting yellowish liquid. I tried everything I knew how to do to get her to eat. I looked up on safari where there was a article on bilious syndrome. They recommended wet food. So I tried that in two seperate flavors to get her to eat. She maybe ate a teaspoon. My dogs are the only thing that keeps me getting up in the morning. And my husband doesn’t think of pets as first priority even we have extra money. Please anyone with ideas? Please help!!! I’m desperate
