[Yariray]

Hi guys I'm new here I just got a 4 and a 1/2 month old labradoodle puppy. The original owners got rid of him because he was too hyper for them. Doesn't seem to be the case with me he is very calm and very loving. However they told me that he cut his head open while playing and had some scabs because of that still. I bathe him today and it dosen't look like a cut from playing to me (pictures attached). Can someone help me figure out what this is and how to treat him until my vet appointment in 2 days?
