So for the life of me i cant figure out what color my New Huskey Puppy Is. I have narrowed it down to Agouti, Wolf Brown, or Wolf Grey. She fits all the color dynamics. but i am stumped. Please Help... i have posted alot of pictures of her on my profile. She is dark in color with tan or cream banning. a dark jacket, tan on her face but black on the tips. some white. but mostly blace and brown. she looks a little rustic, but she is beautiful i just am so cirious about what color specification she is supposed to be.

I think she's an Agouti.
Some just have more black in it, some have more brown in it.

EDIT: Or maybe a 'mismaked' black and tan?

Why being confused? XD
It's not like every pup in the same nest looks like each other.
And it's possible that her parents don't look anything like her. It can all be explained with genetics.
Two people with brown hair /can/ have a baby with blonde hair, even though it isn't very common.

She's Agouti. Is she still young? It looks like she will lose some of the black on her coat. Usually puppies will as they reach full maturity and grow a complete adult coat.

and do you have any pictures of her when she was younger?

i am leaning towards agouti ( my boy is an agouti, and she shares some similar markings and coloring), but huskies are tricky things, esp when they are younger.
in the husky world there is no color called wolf brown

Wally my Lab Mix looks nothing like his mother, grandmother, grandfather, Great anything who are all Purebred, AKC Yellow Labs...he also possible dosn't look like his father as both possible father's are Black and Tan Catahoula Leopard dogs.

any good husky breeder should know their own dogs coloring, granted i do realize there are some fine lines between certian colors, but if they know the breed and their lines, they should be able to tell you.
is she a full husky or is there any mix along the lines?

I don't think that's necessarily true because some colors are very hard to distinguish, especially if the dog is young.

For example for Papillon breeders, sometimes the breeder won't know if the pup will turn hound tri color or remain regular tricolor, especially if they are sold at 8 weeks old. Sometimes it's hard to tell between sable and red sable as well so I don't think not knowing a puppy's color means an irresponsible breeder.
