We have used them in the past but our dogs are much smarter than we think they are. It took them only 2 or 3 of them and then they were onto our little trick!If he's not allergic to them, I don't see any reason for concern. You could also use something like peanut butter, cream cheese or Velveeta.
we use bread to wrap the pill in and they are quite content with that! they won't even touch the pill pocket now.
