My bichon is very picky eater i tried several dog food brands i have more than 20 lb of different kibble brands but usually she will eat a new kibble for 1 meal them stop.
I tried the starvation method but she didn't eat for 3 day and after that she would eat a piece or two and if i give her a treat when training we are back where we started. She wont eat at all for a day or two she lost 6 lb in the last week and it breaks my heart .
My vet keeps telling me that my dog is very thin and i should feed her more.
I am really lost and don't know what to do. Please help.

Maybe try mixing your leftovers into her kibble after you eat and stirring it in good? Or putting something else yummy on the kibble, stir in an egg, some grease, or some hot water?

Putting her bowl on the table when you eat so she thinks your eating kibble?

Maybe stop giving treats, and use kibble instead?

You can also try soaking the kibble in warm water before feeding. That releases the aroma and flavor and also makes it softer which can be a big help if there are teeth or gum issues.
