All our liters of pups leave us at 8 weeks fairly consistently going to the loo on the paper. We us the same methodas described by hanksimon.
If you do not have the luxury of owning one of our paper trained monsters, then this sytem will work well, but you need to ensure that you leave enough paper down if you are going out for any time.
Closing them into a crate when you go to bed and then releaseing them and getting them to the desired toilet zone as soon as you wake up, speeds this process dramatically. Similarly, if you go out, crate him and as soon as you walk in the door, release him and walk him straight to the desired spot.
