My 8 week old baby just had a fecal exam that showed positive for Giardia (he's from a shelter, so it's no surprise ). Panacur was prescribed daily for 5 days.

So prior to giving him Panacur, he hardly had issues going on the pad. We avoid outside right now because of, one his diagnosis, and two, Lyme disease is very prevalent here, and he hasn't been vaccinated yet.

However, since giving him Panacur, he always poops on the farthest end of the puppy room, instead of the pad. It's the spot farthest away from the crate, and his bowls. I was wondering if this was due to the Giardia, Panacur, or completely unrelated?
