ok, i feed my dogs and cats Nutro, but just recently read reviews about bad stuff about the food!!! what dry food should I be feeding my pet? If Nutro has had recalls .... how do I know if i change foods that the other will not have recalls as well?

that is what i been feeding my pup for the last 3 weeks (since I have had her) and today she did not eat as much .... is she just getting bored with it?

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable feeding Nutro because of the recalls and different problems their company has gone through...
One of the reasons I quit feeding kibble to my dogs was because of recalls. I didn't like every few months looking for a different kibble because there was some recall or something wrong...and I personally feel a diet composed of raw and home made food is better for my dogs.

However, if I were to feed kibble, I would probably feed a product by Natura, Innova Evo.
I like their manufacturing facility and the quality of their products.
You can read about their manufacturing process here:

If their products aren't in your budget you might want to check out:

It's a great place to start looking for a dog food, the higher rating category you are looking in, the better the food is for your dog. Anything from four stars and up is considered to be a "premium" dog kibble.

Hopefully you can find something that will work for you and your pet :)

Good luck!

Ya before I educated myself on pet food I bought some of that too. It's still sitting in the garage unopened .

Check these guys out > www.championpetfoods.com
They make Orijen and Acana brands , great food for your pet. For my 6 month old pup I use a 50/50 mix of Orijen Puppy and Acana Lamb and Apple.
