We brought a new dog home (at age 9 month) and he was already house trained.
He has a crate and seems happy in the house, listens to us for basically everything.
For the first 3 weeks he peed outside normally, and suddenly started peeing in the house, once a day, in different locations
We go out with him regularry and feed him regularry
we go out at:
7am
16pm
10pm

his accidents are either on around 8 pm or in 7 am when he hears us waking up

any clue why this is happening?

Maybe you need to check with about to make sure that he doesn't have a urinary tract infection that is what happened when we brought home a rescue of about the same age.
