After a quick google search, this was the first dog forum I came across so I decided to join. Seems like there is a wealth of information to be had here. My name is Mike, I live in the southern Milwaukee suburbs in Wisconsin. I have two dogs, a 5 year old boxer/lab mix named Cassie. I also have a purebred black lab named Diesel; he is 3 years old. I also am heavy into automotive hobbies as well as my dogs.

there's an older picture of when I had all 3 dogs. The light tan one, Woody, is no longer with us as of august 2008, but he lived a very full life of 15 years.

The black lab is quite a young pup in these pictures. Hopefully I can get some more updated pictures of him this summer.

A welcome from Two Rivers*, the Coolest Spot in Wisconsin. (Who knew they were talking air temperatures and not culture? Geez, are those SNOWFLAKES?)

The fact that you own dogs, live in Wisconsin and already know how to post photos probably means you will have a long and glorious future with dog forums.

*A short, off-topic story: I work in Green Bay. A young co-worker asked me where Two Rivers is and I told her, "About fifty miles from here on the Lake Michigan shore."

I was not prepared for her follow-up question, "Where's Lake Michigan?"

I would love to meet some other WI dog forum members, but I'd have to leave my dogs at home.

If you met Esther, in particular, you'd think, "Oh, boy, did he just capture this dog in the jungle or what?"

I'd have to drag out the videos to show you what she was like when we first brought her home from the shelter so you could appreciate the improvement.

Regardless, any credibility I might have here would be in the crapper.

I'll bring a tunnel and some jumps, someone else bring some flirt poles and tennis balls. But who will provide the sheep?
don't know about the sheep, but i might be able to "round up" some geese:D...granted, they would probably fly away b/4 we could do anything....anyone got some Indian Runner ducks?

LOL NO worries RonE, I know exactly what you mean. Though I work with my boys regularly on training and they are pretty darn good. IT would take a meeting of dog forum people to let them "show off" and make me look really bad. At least 2 of the WI forum members have seen my dogs in their "good mode" on occasion as well. That might help from being completely tossed into the crapper with you. ;)
