Welcome to DF

Yes biting is puppy behavior, they will grow out of it, be sure to teach bite inhibition and get him in some training classes.

Did you get him from a breeder...?

Yes i did get him from a breeder. we went there to look at a yorkie but feel in love with the Peke-a-chon. and then found out that i'm not allergic to Bichons but that Pekingese are not hypo-allergenic, so i don't pick him up that much but my husband does and Oreo doesn't bite his pants or slipper.

Has he had a full health check up, no real reputable breeders breed two different breeds together, most are BYB's or even puppy mills.

I advise you please, next time you get a dog to find a cute little pekingese/chihuahua mix breed in the shelter and save a life.

I would definitely bring him to the vet for a full check-up. Any puppy should be taken to the vet upon arrival at its new home, but it's especially important in the case of puppies from backyard breeders like the one you got your puppy from. Reputable breeders do not breed mixed breed dogs when there are tons of them sitting in shelters.

As for the biting problem, these should help:
