Some of you guys are still living in the past. Nowadays, there is not such a thing as imports vs domestic cars.
Toyota produces cars here in the States creating good American jobs (Huntsville, Alabama; Georgetown, Kentucky; Indiana; San Antonio, Texas; Buffalo, West Virginia)
Honda too, the Accord is produced in Marysville, Ohio; the CR-V, Civic and Element in East Liberty, Ohio; the Pilot and Odyssey in Lincoln, AL, and so forth.
Interestingly, some domestics are also produced abroad: Mexico (Chevrolet Aveo, Escalade ESV & EXT, Suburban, Yukon, Avalanche).
If you ask me, buying a Toyota Corolla is more patriotic than buying a Suburban. LOL!
