My fiance and I are going to view and apply for apartments tomorrow. Some have weight restrictions though. My pup is 8 months old and about 34 pounds and measures up to my knee when she's on all fours. She's a lab mix. Can anyone make an educated guess about how much bigger she will get? I know its impossible to know 100%, but id like to tell my future landlord a reasonable adult weight. Thanks for the help guys.

Off hand, based on breed and size now, I'd guess 50-60 lbs.

My Aussie, Lark, is currently 8 months old and 34 pounds, If she tops off at 40 pounds that'll be it max. I would be surprised if your pup goes above 45

What's the weight limit?

If it's 40 lbs, I'd find another apartment. If it's 50 . . . you might be okay. They don't weigh the dog. If you're close, it's fine, but if the weight limit is 50, and he ends up being 70- not unreasonable for a lab mix- you'll probably get in trouble.
