Our three year old, long-time neutered boy loves our new female puppy. They romp and play endlessly. The problem is, he has started peeing on her. When they are outside he will lift his leg on her. Is this normal? Must I send them outside separately?

Kabota will do this to other dogs. I think it's more a matter of he has to pee and he doesn't care whose head is in the way. The dogs don't seem to care, though I imagine their owners aren't exactly thrilled.
