She's very camera shy, hopefully will get more pictures soon.


She's 2 years old, 3 in July.
We're not sure what she's mixed with. Strong belief that she is part English foxhound. She was being boarded in Toothacres because unfortunately her previous owner had gotten killed in combat over in Iraq, so on March 21, 2009 we brought her into our home.

Unfortunately Nessie passed away a couple of days ago. RIP Nessie :-(

She jumped out of the window of a moving car on a highway. She didn't have but two weeks with her but at least she was out of the shelter and cared for in a nice loving home before she passed.

Thanks, I'm close to the OP and she's pretty heartbroken about this. She's waited 9 years for another dog then this happens. The shelter didn't mention that she had jumped out of car windows previously, then this tragedy happens.
