Need some help please

My puggle Mickie isn't felling well he usually so hyper all the time. The Last two days is been really tried..also he is very loving and loves attention but as he is a hyper dog when he lays down with me at night its hard for him to settle down cause he so full of energy but the last couple of days he just wants to be held and when I walk him he will just pee very little in numerous spots.his gums are very dark.can someone help me out
