NC - new puppy adopted. Private training?

I agree with the rest, I would choose a puppy class over a private trainer. You'd be spending a lot of unnecessary money for one, and puppy classes are also SO valuable, both for socialization and for helping you and your pup learn to train with distractions. I'd choose a good positive reinforcement based puppy kindergarten class and go from there.
