NC - new puppy adopted. Private training?

It is unusual to need a behaviorist for a 10 week old puppy. What types of issues are you having that you think could benefit from private training at this age, particularly help from a behaviorist?

We may be able to suggest some things like books, videos and other basically free resources to start with compared to the expenses of private consultations.

Also may be able to give ideas/suggestions on tactics to avoid in training for whatever issues you are seeing.

My comment still stands. Having an idea of what you are stuggling with or confused by will go a long ways towards guiding you to reputable resources, whether online resources which are generally sufficient for most puppy problems at that age, or in-person training.

For example, what is one training question that you and your wife are finding confusing or contradictory advice on?
