I have had my little corgi puppy Finley for 6 weeks now, she is 14 weeks old. She has been doing great and is potty trained, knows how to sit, lay, shake, spin, roll, stay and leave it. I have been doing positive training with her so I have never hit her or punished her. Last night I woke up to her growling and barking in her cage which is right next to my bed, she usually puts herself to bed every night and sleeps through the night perfectly. After I told her no, and to lay down she continued for a few minutes. Finally I brought her out of the cage and laid her in bed with me and she was fine. The morning before I went to work everything went well, I leave her in a fenced off area in the house while I am at work, when I came home at lunch she was acting like she was afraid of me. She would run away every time I try to pet her, and wont come to me when I call her. Any ideas of what is going on?

Maybe something scared her? A loud noise? How is she today?
