Hi! My 4 month old pups tail is changing, it used to be curled all the time, now its down with a slight curl at the end,.I'll post pics of both below, why is this? Is it normal?

Eddee has a tail that curls so much 1/3 of it lies across and touching his back. There have been times when I have seen him very very relaxed and he holds it completely down and straight. Maybe your pup is doing this also? just a thought.
