i have some basic questions about my malamute , is it normal for him to be arfaid of any noise or brark at 7 weeks of age and also what would be a good healthcare plan or company for healthcare?

Of course he'd be afraid of things at 7 weeks, he shouldn't even be away from his mom or litter mates at this age. What do you mean by healthcare plan? The best plan is to find a good vet and get him started on his shots and dewormed and checked over thoroughly. If your talking about insurance, there are several that are good.

Yes, it is normal for him to be fearful of sudden loud noises... he's just a baby and like Carla said, he should still be with his mother and littermates at this time. You should try to avoid traumatising him; instead, introduce him to new things slowly and calmly and make them great, fun experiences for him. If he is badly frightened by something, or not exposed to new experiences during his puppy stage, it can lead to behavioural problems in the future.

8-12 weeks, in many states it illegal to take a pup away from the mom before 8 weeks old. Between 6-8 weeks the pup starts learning many important social lessons do it's an important time for a pup.
