Got ahold of both chocolate AND onions today! :frusty:

He's getting to that age where he's smarter and faster than I am :p The 7yo left the chocolate laying around and the onions were mixed up in burger patties that were on the counter for all of 20 seconds while I fixed a crying kid before heading out to the BBQ. Fortunately, he only got a little bite of that, and so far no big scary sickness from the chocolate. Ever feel like the worst dog-owner in the world cause all the bad things happen on the same day?

I think my poochon is in kahoots with the cats. I cannot figure out how she gets into some of the things she does. I swear next she will be opening the freezer on her own ( that is where the GOOD food is ) .

lol, Wembley hides in his crate when he does a bad thing. I wouldn't have even known he had gotten the chocolate if he wasn't sitting quietly in his crate, waiting for me to react. So I got suspicious and started looking for what he did.

I couldn't begin to list the stuff Muggsy got into. I think the only thing that saved his life sometimes was sheer size. And yes, there's nothing like being outsmarted by a dog to make you feel good about yourself!

Eh, you live and you learn. At least I didn't make the same mistakes twice, just lots of new ones!
