My great dane lost lot weight with blood in stool

Hi I'm new here I have a great Dane he is about 6yrs old he started losing weight and hasn't stopped lost his appetite and his stool is straight water with blood in it he is a walking skeleton took him to vet and did blood work and found nothing wrong vet gave us meds for him but he has not got any better he was gotten worse he is so skinny I don't even know has he is able to stand he has to go to the rest room every 10 min but only thing comes out is water and blood at the rate he is going I'm afraid he is not going to last much longer any information will be greatly appreciated. I've already spent over 500 on test and they still can't tell me what's wrong please help I don't want to lose my best friend
