He's neither. Those pictures do make him look a little chubby though. He's actually really fit looking if you were to see him in real life. More pics coming later today once I borrow my friends camera.

Yeah it's hard to get a good body picture of puppies, they are always curled up sleeping lol.

Border Collies are a treat though. They tend to require a lot of attention, but well worth it.
