Since the vet doesn't think it's urgent, I'd just keep her quiet (no running, jumping, stairs, etc.), make sure she's not licking it (use a cone if necessary), and monitor it for changes. If anything starts looking different or worse, call the vet again to confirm whether it's still safe to wait or needs more immediate attention.
