My 9 year old chihuahua/dachshund mix has been suffering from Auto-Immune disorder for over a year now. He is currently on
Prednisone 5mg (1/2 tab)
Azathioprine 5mg (1 x day)
Cyclosporine 50mg (2 x day)
and just came off Cellcept 50mg
We go to the vet every 3 weeks for blood check ups and off weeks for some kind of side effect. But overall he looks and acts very healthy. You wouldn't know he was sick unless someone told you.
Anyway, my question is...His fur on his head changed from black to tan/orange in the last 2 weeks. His skin is not orange..just his fur on his head and ears. Anyone ever experience this?
