I took Snowball to the vet this morning to have her spayed. They weighed her and she weighed a whopping 60 lbs! She is one big dog,not fat, just big.My wife wanted to know how big she will (can) get when she's fully grown. Most websites say a Golden Retriever female weighs beteen 50-60 lbs,and Great Pyrenees females weigh in at 85 lbs. I told my wife that that's a suggestive weight.I think she's going to weigh pretty close to 100 lbs when she gets fully grown. She's got huge shoulders and her chest hasn't yet begin to widen. Sorry, still no pics. Has anyone have any idea how big she'll get?

What kind of dog do you have and do you have pics?

If she's a mix between a Golden and a Pyrenees, then she'll probably weigh somewhere between what those dogs weigh. I'd make a wild guess 70-80 lbs. I'd have to see pictures... :)

That's what I was thinking, but that's only 10 and 20 lbs away from what she is now. I've heard that large dogs are 1 1/2-2 years old before they fully mature.I hope no complications are at large here. I got a call from the vet and he said that her some of her baby teeth were loose and he was going to pull them so her adult teeth can come in.
