My dog has something in her ear! Help!

I'm glad you're going to the vet! With growths, only a vet is going to be able to give you and accurate diagnosis, and even they almost always need to send tissue samples to a pathology lab for analysis to be 100% sure. We don't allow people to guess at diagnoses on this forum exactly because it's so difficult, and we don't want anyone (even if they're well-meaning) giving you inaccurate advice that might hurt your pup or delay necessary veterinary treatment.

I'd be on my way to the vet sooner rather than later. If they resist an early appointment, you could possibly email them that photo and get an educated guess.
