I'm glad you're going to the vet! With growths, only a vet is going to be able to give you and accurate diagnosis, and even they almost always need to send tissue samples to a pathology lab for analysis to be 100% sure. We don't allow people to guess at diagnoses on this forum exactly because it's so difficult, and we don't want anyone (even if they're well-meaning) giving you inaccurate advice that might hurt your pup or delay necessary veterinary treatment.
