Try crate in the bedroom, some light background noise like a fan on or a white noise app on your phone, a crate cover if its not too hot in the room to keep it dark and cozy, and 1 scheduled potty break at about 4 hours after bedtime.
She is probably crying from waking up alone and scared, if you can reduce the waking up from stuff like odd noises/traffic/humans moving about then they start to sleep deeper and more calmly.
