I know it's common in some parts of the world to send puppies home that early, but it's not something I like. If he is one month old, that means he's only four weeks old, and is just really learning to walk. Give him time, and see if he improves. If he's not walking better at 8 weeks, I'd be concerned.

im feeding just milk mix with little pieces of bread, the vet told me this way, today he is much better and i hope im doing well in this way... i welcome any new reccomandations.
Cows milk? Thats not good for a pup. If you go to your pet store (or zooplus) you can get special milk for pups

( Welpenmilch) then gradually introduce puppy food a little at a time and wet it at first. One month is far too young and you know whoever sold you the pup was breaking the law.

At four weeks old your puppy needs a more balanced diet. While a lot of breeders remove the bitch at 4 weeks old and only allowing her occasional access (puppy teeth HURT to nurse!), the puppies are still kept to gether until 8 weeks old at which time they are separated from each other.

I would introduce either a good canned food OR a good Raw Mix in addition to a puppy weaning formula with some warm water to make a gruel. The important thing is digestible protein and proper Calcium/Phosphorus ratio so that your puppy will have strong bones and well developed muscles.

Good luck!
