Luxating Patella

My dog Daisy is having surgery next Tuesday for a luxating patella and a partially ruptured ligament from that. Has anyone else had a dog go through this and has any tips for afterwards? I don't know what to expect at all.

Aw, poor pup. I've not had to deal with anything like that, but I know people who have had dogs that needed CCL surgery, and probably THE most important things to do is follow through on the rehab plan your vet gives you.
