Parents called and said they noticed/felt a huge scab and lump on back of dogs head. They don’t exactly know when or how it happened as he and the other dog tend to rough around often so cuts and scratches aren’t abnormal, but this is a medium gum ball sized bump on the back of his head with dime sized scab over it . They trimmed the hair with scissors and he isn’t acting different or even seems to be bothered. Is it cause for concern?

Should be checked at the Vet as could be an abcess.
