So I was laying out most of my art I've done this year on the floor and snapped a picture..I'm missing 3 pieces, Callahan, the Weimeraners, and a self portrait. The weims are at a show, Callahan is at school(maybe going to state), and the self portrait is at school.

I guess I'll name off all of these pieces. From left to right starting at the top:
Oil pastel still life, some weird surrealism piece fish and snakes in space, yellow-billed stork, pastel wolf, crested geckos. Second row: rhino, mandrill, cape buffalo, California condor, nile crocodile, rainbow trout. Third row: Uallis, Aslan, Nubs, Nubs, Greyhounds. Last row: Carter, Belgian Malinois, and a sketch.

Here's the Crested Gecko's..it's a work in progress and I suck horribly at painting..but I have to have some color in my portfolio...

Here's a painting I did two years ago..(again suck at painting lol)

i think that people are always too critical of their own work. i don't paint or draw or anything like that, but i would love to. i do "crafts" (knitting, sewing, anything...) and i always see the flaws in it no matter what. i think that your paintings are very good, but only you know how you wanted it to look (or whatever) so you see "problems" or whatever you want to call it. no one would ever say your paintings look bad! they are great. :D (i hope that comes across right, the internet sucks sometimes!!)

Pepper, I would do almost anything to be able to draw like that. My house would be littered with pictures of dogs. :) You have an amazing talent. I hope it will pay off for you. Appreciate it Pepper, all the rest of us can do is look on in awe. :)
