We just adopted two mini dachshunds and we already have a five month old pom/chi/fox terrier. Any suggestions on how we should crate train the doxies. The pom/chi is pretty much trained and she sleeps in the bed with us. But the other two whine alot. Just looking suggestions on crate training two puppies at once.

Crate them separately and follow the basic crate training suggestions? Ignore them when they whine right after you've crated them. Also, read up on littermate syndrome.

Agree - train in seperate crates. Feed them their meals in the crate with crate open. When you do not want them in the crates, leave the crate open but throw treats in them from time to time. At night, place the crates in a position where you can simply drape a hand into the crate whilst you are still in bed. This will have the pups settleing down very quickly.
