Hi all! The love of our lives is Truffles, a 7 lb Maltese-Shih Tzu. Because of Covid, I have groomed her myself since we got her (7/20.) We do pretty well together, but I have an issue. Her skin is very, very spotted grey and pink. Next summer, I would like to try a shorter cut, but with no undercoat, her weird skin peaks through all over. I am worried about the sun and also, I don't want her to look wonky. Any ideas, thoughts, comments? Thanks!

You can use a sunscreen made for dogs if she's going to be outside for more than a few minutes. There are also some companies that make protective clothing, like shirts, that will protect from sunburn.
