And I know what you mean, my casey was ten years old when she passed but was still a big puppy at heart.. And had the energy of one too! lol

She's 8.5 or 9 months. I only say she's "still a pup" because she's doing fewer and fewer puppy things on a daily basis, BUT she is not mature enough yet to progress into the next level of her obedience training. She showed her puppy-self last night in basic obedience class. Maybe a few more months and she can move up!
