Here's a weird one for you:

I am living with a dog that will sniff the bare legs of people. Sometimes, she will be focused on some particular smell and will start air-humping. She doesn't touch the people, but it's like her rump is attached to her nose. This is especially true of the bare legs have an open wound, are very sweaty, or have an infection. Belly buttons inspire the same response.

She does not do this to me. I don't let her intentionally sniff on me either. Interupting the smell-fest totally stops the behavior.

I am very curious about whether this is "normal" or really odd behavior. She has seizures where she stares into space and her tongue flicks like a snake. Then after, she hides under the bed and throws up. Could this be related?

Oh, and sorry about the title.
